Terms of Agreement for Dream Maker Spas

Returns are only accepted for new unused merchandise.

As appropriate, we'll help you arrange for the item's return authorization subject to the terms & conditions noted below:

• All returns require Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• We must receive your return within 10 days of purchase.
• Merchandise must be in original, unused condition without cosmetic or other damage.
• Return shipping is reimbursed for damaged or defective products only, and only with an RMA.
• Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which we will deduct from any credit refunded.
• Shipping charges both ways are not refundable. As in, you are responsible for paying the original shipping fees as well the return shipping fees.
• Shipping discounts are voided by refunds
• Any Cancellations after 48 hours will be subject to a $200.00 processing and restocking fee.

Please contact us directly prior to arranging shipment of your spa. We will give you specific instructions and the return address at this time. Customer must arrange shipping only through our designated shipping company. Shipments by other companies may not be accepted.

In the event of a defect covered under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, notify the manufacturer directly. Use all reasonable means to protect the spa from further damage. The manufacturer will take measures in accordance will their warranty. If the manufacturer determines that your current spa must be replaced, the original spa will be picked up at the same time that the new spa is delivered to you. Hottubsets is not liable for any warranty issues.

Please remember to check the spa thoroughly when it is delivered. If you choose to accept the spa with damages (i.e.: scratches on cabinet or acrylic) you must note these on your bill of lading. If damages are not noted, neither Hottubsets, the manufacturer, nor the shipping company will be held liable or responsible for damages to the spa.
